Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take 7-14 business days depending on customs clearance.
Do your wireless video transmission systems come with a warranty?
Yes, all Hollyland products include a standard 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Extended warranty plans are also available for select professional gear.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
Are Hollyland wireless microphones compatible with smartphones?
Most of our Lark series microphones are compatible with both iOS and Android devices using the provided USB-C or Lightning cables, as well as 3.5mm TRS to TRRS adapters.
